Fort Boreman was created during the Civil War as a post to protect the B&O’s Railroad, now CSX. It is 1.9 miles from your Airbnb. Parkersburg Bridge, aka Sixth Street Railroad Bridge, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It connects Parkersburg, West Virginia to Belpre, Ohio.
