If you’re after a vegetarian or vegan dining option in the Blue Mountains, Rubyfruit is a great place to stop. The Mexican Burger and the Ruby Burger are popular choices and with a range of salads, you’re sure to find something to make your mouth water. Up the stairs at the back of an arcade off Leura's main street. It is not exactly spacious with maybe seven or eight closely-spaced small tables.

Rubyfruit make being a vegan (even if its only for lunch) simply awesome with wholesome and supercool dishes paired with great salads and out of this world smoothies.
