This is a well traveled trail about 15-20 minutes away. You can spend as much time as you'd like on the trail - hiking to and from Panther Creek Falls is about a 6 - 7 mile trek but there are lots of small shoals and beautiful mountain stream crossings if you aren't up for such a long hike.
