The New River State Park is a 26 miles section of the New River with several access points. King's Creek access in Crumpler is 15 minute from the cabin. River current and depth are usually suitable for the whole family ~ kayaking, tubbing, fishing, swimming.

New River State Park is just a few miles from the cabin and allows great hiking, picnics, scenery and if you unload kayaks/canoe here you can float to our communities common area on a 4hr trip.
