All summer long Peterborough offers 'Music in the Park', which is a free concert on weekends featuring various genres and acts. Worth checking their schedule as there's at least two big names a year. Family friendly.

This is a great place to go for a walk, have lunch or go fishing. This is also the location of Peterborough Music Festival.

Del Crary Park...lots of boats. They have festival Wednesday and Saturday nights at 8 p.m Bands play, food vendors, and fireworks at 10 a.m

"Del Crary Park is located next to the Peterborough Marina on the shores of Little Lake and also offers, for those looking for a refreshing break, a chance to stroll the park and area during lunch periods and breaks. This park has a centennial fountain. And during the summer, they always host all kinds of activity, such as music festival and yoga festival."
