Park in OCC with live music in the summer, people watching, historic library just to the north of the park with free wifi.

This is a tiny park in the middle of Historical Old Colorado City. Sometimes they have shows and every Spring/Summer/Autumn weekend they have a Farmer's Market with all kinds of fresh fruits and veggies to breads and salsa and tamales!
