Great food , great atmosphere, family owned and run. They are a wonderful group of people. I highly recommend! On a hot Madrid Summer Day, caracoles (SNAILS) and Tinto de Verano, Nothing better! Better in week days, very crowded in the weekends.

A great place to try typical food from Madrid. You have to be brave to eat some of the dishes, but everything is super genuine and very well cooked. Nothing here is vegetarian, sorry. Go with an empty stomach

CUISINES: Mediterranean, Spanish It is a modest bar, kinda roots. Nice beer, GREAT SNAILS with a fantastic sauce. Don't be picky, give it a try! They are obviously raised for thstt specific purpose and NOT taken out of the streets. You should try also their papas bravas ( fried potatoes with spicy sauce). People come back just for the snails. The owner Amadeo walked in and he greeted everyone and was such a cheerful friendly guy.

Si eres fan de los caracoles y estás en mi barrio, no te puedes perder los fantásticos caracoles que te ofrece Amadeo, el dueño de este particular bar en La Latina. Raciones grandes y con un caldito delicioso que no te cansaras de mojar. Comida muy rica y espectáculo asegurado de la mano de Amadeo, digno de conocer!!
