这是一间新开的购物中心。并接着全东南亚最大的宜家购物广场。 在TOPPEN SHOPPING CENTRE的LEVEL 3有许多免费的游戏娱乐公园，攀岩等，可免费给儿童玩乐。 【建议父母带孩子的额外一套衣服，因为三楼的游乐园拥有水上公园】 在三楼的游乐园旁边有着许多间咖啡厅，餐馆和美食。
