Coconuts Bar and Grill, Carretera Costera Oriental, Km 43.5, 77645 San Miguel de Cozumel, Q.R., Mexico. We go here for lunch (are stairs). Panoramic views of the Caribbean Ocean are postcard moments! We order conch ceviche it is delicious. Margaritas are good. Cash only. $$
