If there ever was a place for a perfectly prepared, thick and mouth-watering 100% Canadian Prime steak, this is it. 100% Canadian Prime represents the top 0.3% of all beef graded in Canada and is renowned for its outstanding flavor and tenderness and is cooked to a tee. At the base of the imposing Mount Lady MacDonald, start your evening off with a cocktail on the Silvertip patio, overlooking the 18th hole. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of some elk or even a bear. Move inside for dinner, and be sure to order some Alberta Beef (Rustica was voted best steak in Alberta by open table in 2014).
