Rita - people who really, really care about food, then open their dream restaurant - citing Chez Panisse and Zuni as influences. Auckland food critic, Jesse Mulligan’s gave Rita a perfect score and rated it not only his favourite Wellington restaurant, but his favourite restaurant in New Zealand.
