Un canapé convertible se trouve dans le salon.

Secure parking in a public garage is conveniently available for a small fee next to the apartment building.

A quelques minutes en voiture : épicerie, boulangerie, boucherie, restaurants, location de matériel, etc. à 30 min des plages du lac Léman les plus proches (Sciez, Anthy, Thonon-les-Bains).

Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).
