We specialize in short-term during summer and monthly rental off season to digital nomads, remote workers, or anyone seeking simple, slow and peaceful village life by the sea. We welcome dogs with a prior announcement. We are not able to host cats. All our apartments have well-equipped kitchens, including all the cooking essentials (vinegar, oil, spices); a balcony or a terrace and a laundry machine.

We offer for our guest 5 parking places for your car , big grill and large sitting area. Our house is located in the middle of big jard where is 25 trees of olives . We have restoran and we offer a discount price for our guests . We can organize a transfer with a van from Zadar airport to our house.

In front of the House you can park your car that you will not have to use until you leave. You have a 15-minute walk from the center. The beaches are all around the Jezera. In neighborhood you will find nice restorans, supermarkets, banks, post.. In the apartment you will find all needed for a nice vacation.

The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. Olive Garden House is a newly renovated old stone house in a secluded area on the outskirts of Šibenik with private pool surrounded by olive trees and a pine forest. Solar power plant and water well (rainwater) make the house self-sustainable and connect it to nature. The house offers an enchanting view of Šibenik archipelago and Kornati National Park along with wonderful sunsets. It is located 20 minutes from the center of Šibenik on foot.
