The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Bright flat, named CINQUEGATTI, with breath-taking views over Rome and Castel Gandolfo. The flat is located in a 19th century villa with a modern lift and a panoramic terrace. It is divided on 2 floors. On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Additionally, every morning you will find the fruit and vegetable market where you can purchase products from our local area.

Appartamento situato a 19 km dal centro di Roma e 12 km da Tivoli, sulla Via Nazionale Tiburtina. Collegamenti: Bus sotto casa e stazione ferroviara a 5 minuti. Circa 30 minuti per Roma centro in funzione del traffico. Posti di interesse turistico : Roma a 30 minuti, Tivoli con Villa d'Este e Villa Gregoriana a 20 minuti. Poi anche Villa Adriana a 15 minuti. Stazione termale Terme di Roma a 5 minuti di strada. Centro commerciale Tiburtino a 400mt.

Piccolo appartamento autonomo, situato al pian terreno di un villino con ingresso indipendente e parcheggio custodito. Munito di letto matrimoniale ,soggiorno con divano,cucina con forno,frigo e un piano cottura con 4 fuochi. E presente una lavatrice ,un'asse e ferro da stiro . Il bagno ha una capiente doccia. All'esterno del piccolo soggiorno potete trovare un piccolo e comodo terrazzino.

Sala hobby padronale, seminterrato luminoso, indipendente, completamente arredata, fruibile a coppie sia con figli che senza. All'interno di porzione di villa immersa nel verde a poca distanza (circa 3 km) dai siti storici di Villa d'Este, Villa Gregoriana, Villa Adriana e dal punto panoramico per la veduta della Grande Cascata del fiume Aniene del Comune di Tivoli (RM).
