Newly Constructed Private large 3 bedroom unit with modern kitchen which includes stainless steele refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dining table for six, kitchen island that seats 4, large main bathroom with walk-in closet and large double sink. The 3 bedrooms have two queen size beds and two twin beds. There's a 75' Samsung TV in the Living Room and a 55" in the main bedroom. Also has a new large washer and dryer. Garage may be shared with the attached Separate 1 Bedroom unit.

Guest suite features the comforts of home including spacious family room; full kitchen with granite countertops & upgraded fixtures; full bath with upgraded tiled shower; large bedroom with comfortable queen bed. There is an assigned parking space for our guests as well as an entrance access code. The property does come with cookware and utensils as well as shower gel & shampoo. Drinking quality water can be obtained through every faucet since we have a total home water filtration system.

The living room has a pull-out full bed, and a single futon bed. THE SUITE IS CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE. You will share two walls, the pool, bbq, and backyard with the main house. The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium!
