The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Room annexed to my house in lovely coastal village setting. Private entrance and private patio area. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
