The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the South West Coast path and Exmoor.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see.
