This private barn has everything you need for a quiet retreat. On a quiet and private estate, only 10 minutes drive to Bude beaches. Make use of the BBQ house, outdoor showers, fire-bowl, hot tub and sauna before settling in by the wood burner and Smart TV. Perfect for couples. Trematon Castle lodge - Ideal for creative retreat

Voted by Conde Nast Traveller as a Top Air B&B Trematon Lodge is a newly renovated Tudor lodge set within what The Times calls “the most romantic garden in Cornwall,” on the historic estate of Trematon Castle. With views over the River Lynher, the lodge is steeped in nature and history. Just 3 hours from Paddington by train, guests can enjoy walks through nine acres of woods and gardens, swimming in the pool or tidal estuary, and relaxing in the pool house sauna. Friendly dogs welcome.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The Old Stable - Shippon plus Hot Tub & Sauna

The Old Stable-Shippon is in the grounds of an Edwardian former vicarage set in the picturesque hamlet of Dowland in the heart of the unspoilt Devon countryside. It is on the ground floor of a renovated cottage which was built in 1862.The Shippon benefits from its own delightful garden and enjoys sole access to The Green House Spa which offers a hot tub, sauna and shower area. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation and features a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, a cinema room with surround sound and a PS5, and a games room with a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and table football. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.
