E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, un elegante bagno con 2 postazioni doccia,cucina soggiorno con divano letto che si affaccia su ampio giardino dove si puo pranzare con annesso barbeque, una bellissima piscina dove trascorrere momenti di assoluto relax e un'area fitness.

La luce, l'aria, la gente, gli spazi, la storia, il cibo sono tutte note della musica delle vacanze in questo luogo. L'attico è dotato di tre stanze da letto (2/3 letti a stanza), 3 bagni, un ampio salone, una cucina vista mare, e un bel terrazzo con amache e comode sistemazioni. Ottima connesione internet.

Immersa in un bel giardino, con un'ampia piscina e solarium, Villa Lucia è adatta per adulti e giovani e si presta anche ad una vacanza invernale, essendo munita di impianto di riscaldamento. La casa consta di una sala giorno con camino e una cucina abitale, ben fornita; al piano terra ci sono due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, al piano superiore vi è un'altra stanza da letto con bagno in camera. Inoltre ci sono tre ampi patii in due esposizioni diverse ben arredati.
