A poche centinaia di metri impianti di risalita per piste da sci e posta per slittare da 5 km. A 20 min d'auto sci di fondo e pista del ghiaccio. Dall'appartamento subito si parte per decine di escursioni di diverso tipo. Presenti molti percorsi per mountain bike e passeggiate in bicicletta. Nelle vicinanze possibilità di praticare canyoning. A 40 min centro termale.

Die Stube ist zur Mitbenutzung und es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso‑Maschine und einen Wasserkocher. Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine Küche und keine Möglichkeit zu kochen. Unsere Katze lebt ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss. Wir wohnen abgelegen, daher ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Parkplatz und Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle vorhanden.

The 130 m2 guesthouse is located in a forest clearing in Heidiland, at the entrance to the Weisstannental valley at 1000 m above sea level, with a view of the Principality of Lichtenstein. It can be reached by car via the Zurich-Chur motorway, exit Mels/Sargans. 15 min. after the motorway you reach the guesthouse. Parking is available next to the guesthouse. It is built in the style of a loft. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure the guests' well-being.
