The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Splendida villa indipendente su un terreno di circa un ettaro, con uliveti, quercia secolare e vista incantevole sul verde della Valle Roveto. Posto ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura, per lunghe passeggiate a piedi ed in bicicletta, escursioni a cavallo, visite agli eremi. La mia è un' antica casa in sassi di due piani situata in campagna a 10 minuti dal centro. Interamente ristrutturata rispettando la tradizione ma dotata di tutti i confort. Perfetta per coppie, ma comoda e accogliente anche per famiglie più numerose. Si compone di una cucina con salone con divano letto e bagno al piano terra e di una camera matrimoniale con un bagno al piano superiore. Ampi e confortevoli spazi esterni per chi desidera rilassarsi circondato dalla natura.

Delizioso appartamento con ingresso indipendente, formato da un' ampia camera , cucina e bagno, bellissima portafinestra con affaccio panoramico sulla vallata , in posizione centrale nel borgo medievale di Fiuggi ma con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi dalla casa . Ottima destinazione per un romantico w.e. per due , ma anche per tre, grazie ad un letto aggiungibile. Climatizzato caldo/freddo, con aggiunta di stufa a legna per chi ama un fuoco acceso.
