Recently renovated in 2019 and located in the heart of Provincetown our large 1 bed condo is just a 7 min walk from the ferry and right by most parking lots. Bright & open space, clean lines in the kitchen/living room, with very large bedroom and true full sized bathroom. We have an exclusive use, furnished large deck with gorgeous bay views of MacMillan Pier and even the Monument. Working from home? We have a dedicated setup. There's direct access to the beach just steps away via the courtyard!

Our beloved “piece of heaven on earth” is a cabin-style tiny home filled with books—perfect for writers or a relaxing beach getaway. Perched on a gentle incline, the Writer’s Retreat feels private and tucked away among the trees. Just minutes’ drive from beaches and a short stroll to the charming center of Wellfleet. Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

North Truro apartment on private family property

Bright , 3 rd floor , new ,sunny 1050 sq ft studio apartment in North Truro off of Rt 6. Private entrance with deck , gas grill and seating. Parking for one. The apartment is next to our home and there is a tenant below, we ask that there are no parties and no smoking in the apartment. Provincetown is a 12 minute drive or take the shuttle at the end of our street. We have 2 dogs that never leave our fenced in yard at the main house.A very short drive to Ocean and Bay beaches. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two.
