Steps away from Brunelleschi’s dome, the ancient Baptistery, and medieval Palazzo Vecchio. There is a 7 minutes walk paid parking away from the apartment. It's located in via ghibellina. The apartment is 10 min walk from the train station (Santa Maria Novella). There is a taxi spot just 1 min walk away from the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the city center. It's equipped with thick glass to isolate the noise. Earplugs can be provided in the rare cases when is requested by our guests.

In the heart of the city, a few steps from monuments and shopping streets, and equipped with all comforts, can accommodate up to six people. There are two comfortable double rooms and one single room (connected to a double room) and one sofa'-bad, two bathrooms with shower, one of which is private to a room. Tv and airco in the rooms and in the living area.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... FREE WI-FI, air condition in the bedrooms and washmachine, wash dishes, hair dry.... if you need more than one apartment in the same area ask me! Pierfantini is a rustic farmhouse. It is located on a hill in the middle of a natural park. Isolated from the vitta, the nearest town is the medieval village of San Gusmè. The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property
