The flat is in a 17th C palazzo on the 2nd floor. Has been recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping the old charm with modern touches. It has an airy feel, having day light on both sides. All windows are double glazed, blocking the noice. The master and 3rd bedroom overlook an internal courtyard, typical of the palazzo’s of its time. The second bedroom over looks a narrow Florentine road. From the sitting room, you can look out onto Piazza della Passera. A quaint small square, that has many restaurants including Quattro Leoni, a bar with great capuccino’s, and one of the best Gelatteria’s in town to cool down after a long day! Your main bridge would be famous Ponte Vecchio, from which you can access, the museums, The cathedral and all major attractions the city has to offer. The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The location is unbeatable! 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 200 meters to one of many underground parkings. Guests are have the whole use of the flat. Experience the Ponte Vecchio – the oldest and most romantic bridge in Florence. Visit the Piazzo Santo Spirito filled with unique artisans or take in a wine tour. Pierfantini is a rustic farmhouse. It is located on a hill in the middle of a natural park. Isolated from the vitta, the nearest town is the medieval village of San Gusmè. The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property
