Stan se nalazi u objektu SPO 09 (u ulici Safvet-bega Bašagića br. 6, naselje Slatina) na 15. spratu u tzv. pametnoj (SPO 09) zgradi, a udaljen je hodanjem (kroz ulicu 6. bosanske brigade) svega nekih 6 do 7 minuta od Panonskih jezera ili strogog centra grada. Stan posjeduje privatni parking pod rampom koji ne plaćate dodatno (uzimate ključ po ulasku u stan), aplikacijsko otključavanje brave kao i kontroliranje bojlera pa vas prilikom ulaska čeka i vruća voda.
