Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. Offers amazing people watching.

Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area.
