The high ceiling 2nd floor living room & a Juliet balcony keep the creative vibe alive from when it was originally a sculptor's studio in the 1940’s!

In my newly remodeled home, you will have your own private entrance, two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining room and living room. You will have 24 hour free parking, access to a backyard and free laundry access.

Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
