Sie hat Fenster in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, ca. 150m Luftlinie zum See. Zu Fuß 350m zum See (Badestelle). Hochwertige, voll ausgestattete Küche. Balkon (Loggia) mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Fernseher mit Sat-Empfang, WLAN, 2 Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Es stehen 3 Kanus gemeinsam mit der anderen Fewo zur Verfügung (1er, 3er, 3er). Großer gemeinsamer Garten.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Retro Wohnung plus Bauwagen direkt am See

meine Ferienwohnung ist im Retrostil eingerichtet. Sie ist Halbparterre in einer alten Villa von 1910. Die Villa steht in einem parkähnlichen Garten (3000 qm) mit altem Baumbestand. Direkter Seezugang. In der Wohnung(64 qm) können 3 Personen übernachten .Dazu(!)kann ein Bauwagen als zusätzliches Zimmer (bei 4 Personen/3 Erwachsenen)gebucht werden . Der Bauwagen steht im Park. (Der Bauwagen kann nicht benutzt werden, wenn er nicht ausdrücklich zum Schlafen gebucht wird.

Dachstudio mit 180° Seesicht & direktem Seezugang

Wir haben unser Haus aus dem Jahr 1608 liebevoll saniert. Ganz oben unter dem Dach trohnt das Studio, mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Der Garten mit Feuerstelle darf mitgenutzt werden. Auch Sportgeräte wie SUP sind inkludiert. Ein Motorboot und unsere private Sauna kann gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
