Joe was a very accommodating and responsive host! The free breakfast is definitely a great perk provided as well as certain accommodations such as a females only room. My roommate was great! I will say in terms of location, the hostel is a walk from the nearest train line which you have to be prepared for. If you’re traveling during the day or coming back from a night out prior to 10, the 97 bus is a 5 minute walk and takes you straight to the train and back to the house. Howard street which is where the red line runs can feel a bit uneasy at night. However, the overall neighborhood and street of the hostel is generally safe and residential. I overall had no issues with my stay, thanks Joe!
