Absolutely beautiful loft! Very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Giorgio was helpful with any questions we had and the location was within walkable distance of everything! 10/10 recommend and we’d love to come back one day and explore Prato more!

Valerio is a gracious host. Met me at the airport with the keys. The space is a stunning loft in the Prato center- easy walk to most everything. I had s car and found hassle -free parking 50 meters away, by the universita. Although I had no permit and don't think it was legal! I think the price was very fair.
A printed list of important facts: how things operate, where to leave the keys, etc would be helpful.
Finally I think the experience would be enhanced if the amenities: towels, linens etc were as high quality as the space itself. The refrigerator needed cleaning.
All this said I would try it again.

The flat is very nice and in a good location with many opportunities to go out for breakfast and dinner.
Valerio was very pleasant and friendly.
When we came back to Prato we try to book again Valerio's flat.

It was a very comfortable and great stay. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful in all things. The picture can´t show how great the place is. In the are you find some restaurants and bars. It´s recommendable to rent this place.
