Overall a nice, safe place to stay with comfortable beds in the city. Parking worked out thankfully. Host was very responsive when we had issues, which were minor. Safe area. Caution if sensitive to strong artificial scents or ealey morning noise. We definitely knew when the people upstairs were awake. General good stay in DC.
