Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

La cucina ricavata nella roccia di Moltrasio rende fresco l'ambiente nei mesi estivi. Camera da letto con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno di servizio. Entrambe dotate di tv, wi-fi e riscaldamento a pavimento.Terrazza pubblica in pietra davanti alla casa. La tassa di soggiorno(2,50 € per persona) è esclusa dal prezzo.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Luminosissimo e vista lago

Appartamento Margherita si affaccia sul primo bacino del lago di Como, a soli 200 metri dalla passeggiata di Villa Geno e comodissimo per raggiungere il lago, i battelli, il centro di Como e i mezzi di trasporto. Si trova in una casa antica sulla strada che da Como va verso Bellagio. Interamente ristrutturato all'interno, gode di una bellissima vista lago. Essendoci un po’ di gradini da salire, non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità
