Welcome in our newly renovated apartment, located in Novo Naselje, the most desirable residential area of Poreč. The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Apartments Villa Verde are an adult only type of accommodation located in Musalež, 5,5 km away from Poreč city center and Old Town. Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consist of 4 apartments on ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities. The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

The Orion apartment is a contemporary flat furnished in modern industrial style and is situated on the second floor of an old town house completely renovated. The property is located in a pedestrian zone at a 100 meters distance from the town main square. In the same street you can find restaurants , boutiques ,vine bars, stores. A free car parking place is included with the apartment reservation.
