La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

La cucina ben attrezzata per poter cucinare e mangiare vista lago in un ambiente curato nei particolari sara' la cornice per una vacanza indimenticabile. I cani sono i benvenuti e soggiornano Gratis.

Una casa confortevole, sana, naturalmente fresca d’estate e calda d'inverno, ideale per riposare o lavorare all'interno o fuori all’ombra delle querce. Punto di partenza per visitare città e paesi o per immergersi nella natura, per vagare a piedi, in bici o a cavallo nelle dolci colline che ci circondano.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Lo spazio sarà a vostra esclusiva disposizione. Disponiamo di Home Theatre con impianto HiFi. Possibilità di usufruire del forno a legna previo accordo.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.
