Bellissimo chalet, di recente costruzione in pietra e legno, posto su due piani con camino in pietra, 3000 mq di giardino, alberi da frutta, orto a coltivazione biologica, barbecue in pietra, amaca con vista panoramica sulle meravigliose cascate dell'Acquafraggia, strada di accesso e posteggio privato. Posizione strategica a 30 min d'auto dall'Engadina S.Moritz, 20 min da Madesimo, 40 min dal Lago di Lecco, 1,15 min da Milano e 5 min. a piedi da minimarket, tabacchi e bar.

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Die kompakte 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Sie ist fünf Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Altdorf entfernt. Der neue Kantonsbahnhof ist zu Fuss in sieben Minuten erreichbar und nach Luzern oder Andermatt hat man jeweils 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. In sechs Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die nächste Autobahneinfahrt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz wird direkt beim Gebäude zur Verfügung gestellt.

L'appartamento AMELIA si trova al 1° piano e può ospitare fino a quattro persone (camera doppia più divano letto doppio). Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
