Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

The guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary Wifi. You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, 1 min from the beach and 5-10 min walk to the city center. You’ll love my place because it is newly renovated, because of its comfort and equipment and especially the outdoors space and the neighborhood. Ideal for families (with kids) and couples.

Our amazing house is located near the city but it is quite and peaceful. There are two beds and place for two more people on big sofa :) We are pet friendly!! :) You will enjoy your time in nature while chilling in the hot tub :) If you are interested, you can rent a boat. :)
