Only 15 minutes away from LAX, the beaches (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach), the Kia Forum, and the SoFi Stadium, and close to tons of food options in South Bay.

With its location in MidCity between La Brea, Washington, West St and the 10 Freeway, selected specifically to be central and within easy reach of the whole of Los Angeles. Beachfront 3bdrm 3 ba w/Surfboards

In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
