2 blocks to Abbot Kinney, and 6 blocks to the beach. Cruiser bikes included! Free parking on street. Minimalist vibe in a location guaranteed to maximize your good times! I stayed here as a tenant on multiple trips. I loved it so much that I bought the place and moved to Venice! Only one, queen-sized bed, but there's a large couch and baby crib. Strict check-in time (no earlier than 2pm) and check-out time (no later than 11am), to allow for thorough cleaning. Ideal for one person or one couple.
