A perfect place to watch the sun set behind the Channel Islands! It's conveniently located between Ventura and Oxnard. Channel Islands Harbor, Ventura Harbor Village, Silver Strand, Hollywood Beach, Ventura Pier and Fairgrounds are all within 5 miles. Downtown Ventura and the Collection Shopping areas are only 8 miles away.

With so many options for things to do, it's hard to resist staying in and watching the sailboats or sunset from the outside chairs!

Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE
