The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. Indulge in a range of amenities including swimming pool, sauna, a well-equipped gym, hot tub, summer kitchen and playground for children. Situated just 4km away from the stunning beaches of Crikvenica, Villa provides a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the bustling coastal town.

Featuring a garden, private pool and pool views, Villa Poji is located in Buzet. The air-conditioned accommodation is 38 km from Rovinj, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna, and a patio with lake views. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
