Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
