Il monolocale offre ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno lavatrice, soggiorno con TV, soppalco con letto matrimoniale e armadio, bagno con ampia doccia WIFI e aria condizionata. Lo spazio esterno si presta a momenti di relax

漫步的Felix小屋

Appartamento completamente restaurato ,accogliente e confortevole a 100m dal mare sulla passeggiata di Viareggio, vicino a negozi di moda, ristoranti, locali e piccolo supermercato. Situato all' interno del circuito del carnevale, per cui non e' necessario acquistare i biglietti. 15 min a piedi dalla stazione. Ogni 30 min treni per Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena e le incantevoli Cinque Terre. Caldo di inverno e fresco d'estate. Vi si accede con un ingresso privato attraverso un piccolo giardino.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Il Covo di Venere is a convenient located property in Portovenere . Private parking free. Reaching Venus' cove is very easy . Guests would first park the car in the private carpark just in front of the building. Venus's Cove is made of a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite whithout shower , a double bedroom which shares, a second bathroom whit shower near the livivng room , the fully equipped open kitcken which allows cooks to challenge themeselves with new recipes while admiring the sea .

Pietro Lodging ，靠近Portovenere和5Terre

Indipendent flat with separate entrance and private bathroom , 20 mt from the sea. Good base to visit 5 terre by boat or to simple relaxing in a quite sea village with a balanced tourism, quite and really appreciate by tourists. Air conditioning available!! Parking friendly ! As alternative location i can offer a lovely attic or a flat fully equiped in La Spezia close to 5terre train station , ideal if you trip with pubblic transportation (no car) at best price! San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

La posizione centrale consente con pochi passi di raggiungere, spiagge balneabili e l'attracco del vaporetto per Portovenere o isola palmaria (disponibile da luglio e per tutto agosto) .A pochi metri negozi , bar ristoranti supermercato e noleggio gommoni. L' appartaamento è dotato di biancheria completa, La cucina attrezzata per le necessità : olio, sale, caffè , the, tisane, detersivi.

Tipica ed esclusiva casa terra/tetto su 4 PIANI CON SCALE INTERNE situata sul mare di Tellaro uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. Con accesso sugli scogli che offre una vista mozzafiato. Davanti a voi mare, Portovenere e l’isola Palmaria che potrete apprezzare dal terrazzino durante le vostre colazioni e le vostre cene a lume di candela. Troverete tutti gli ingredienti per un soggiorno indimenticabile, un Nido d'amore dove solo il rumore del mare accompagnerà il vostro soggiorno.

Appartamento di circa 38 m2 a circa 600 m. dal mare e a circa 800 m. dalla Fiera Internazionale Marmo Macchine. L'ingresso esterno è in comune con i padroni di casa. Si entra in un giardino ben tenuto e si sale un rampa di scale per entrare nell' appartamento. Entrando troviamo la cucina funzionale. Un corridoio lungo dove troviamo un bagno con vasca ed una camera da letto. Ampie finestre soleggiano la casa e la padrona di casa cercherà di essere il più disponibile possibile.
