L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Si trova al livello della spiaggia quindi rispetto al piano strada è più in basso. 10 metri dal mare e 2 minuti a piedi dall'inizio della passeggiata pedonale. La cucina è attrezzata. Accanto si sviluppa il soggiorno con tv smart e divano letto matrimoniale. 2 bagni completi. Una camera matrimoniale. Cortile privato con vasca idromassaggio. Gode di una bellissima vista sul mare e del Borgo di Castiglione Della Pescaia ed è vicino al centro e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

Dal salone alla spiaggia con un balzo. Dalla finestra affacciata sul lungomare pedonale potrete immergervi nel rumore delle onde osservando il tramonto sul Mar Tirreno. Nel giardino privato sul retro potrete passare serate indimenticabili lontani da sguardi indiscreti, magari con una bella cena a lume di candela, godendovi i profumi della selvaggia natura maremmana.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
