You will have at your disposal the whole apartment with large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom adn large living room with kitchenette. There is also a master bathroom. Amenities: - wi fi internet connection - air conditioning - heating - Tv - dishwasher - water kettle - toaster - oven - microwave oven - induction stove Please contact me 2 days before arrival and fix appointment for your check in! Perfect location for sight seeing and food experience as well. The apartment is located next to Palazzo del Viminale. Historic attractions, including Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, are easily accessible. Termini railway station is a 10-minute walk away. You will be able to reach most of the historical sites walking. The apartment is located in 10 minutes walking distance from the Termini Station and in 2 minutes walking from the metro stop Repubblica. Please note the apartment is located in a residential building where we need to respect house rules. Parties are not permitted We do not accept pets.

L'alloggio é di vostro uso esclusivo. Ha una camera comoda e spaziosa, un cucinotto e un ampio bagno. Il quartiere di Balduina é tranquillo e sicuro anche di notte. In soli 15 minuti con l'autobus 913 sarete a San Pietro e Musei Vaticani. Da qui iniziano le due passeggiate pedonali più belle di Roma : nel Centro Storico o per via dei Fori Imperiali fino al Colosseo. Sempre con l'autobus 913 in 7 minuti sarete alla Metro A (Cipro/musei vaticani) . Comodissimo per il Gemelli ( 1 min. treno)

The apartment is in the best location possible in Trastevere area. It is walking distance far from all things to see in town and it is very big, including 2 bathrooms and amenities such washer and dryer, big fridge, microwave, nespresso machine! The unit has been totally renovated in september 2024
