The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Una bella casetta adagiata sulla prima collina a 300m s.l.m. dove ci sono olivi, querce ed erbe aromatiche. Dalla veranda e dalle finestre potrete ammirare il lago di Massaciuccoli, (caro al grande musicista Giacomo Puccini), le coste di:" Torre Del Lago, Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio ...Alle spalle le Alpi Apuane. Non dovete far altro che prenotare per scoprire questa bellezza unica😘
