Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Im Badezimmer mit Wanne und Regendusche entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Auch im Winter ist es dank Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung so richtig gemütlich. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. Entrance to the room straight from the street! The original apartment was created in a section of what had previously been the studio of the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.
