La Petite Eze est une maisonnette de 20m² située dans les hauteurs d’Eze bord de Mer. Vous serez séduit par son charme pittoresque. La chambre et la cuisine donnent sur un joli jardin privatif fleuri et sa vue sur mer. En contrebas de la maison, à 10 minutes à pied, se trouve la gare d’Eze très bien desservie, le train vous permettra de découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région. Vous pouvez également accéder à la maison en voiture, il est très facile de stationner autour de la maison.

Cette maison en plein centre du vieil Antibes, et à 2 pas du musée Picasso, est pour 4 et vous enchantera par sa simplicité mais aussi par son charme. Sa terrasse est ouverte sur la mer. Cette maison est bâtie sur 3 étages avec un sous-sol (salon). La cuisine au rez-de-chaussée est entièrement équipée, la premiere chambre avec sa salle-de-bain au 1er, une autre chambre au 2eme(avec SDB aussi). La terrasse est au dernier étage. Clim à tous les étages (sauf le sous-sol) et Wi-fi.

A 33m² independent suite with sea views in a contemporary house overlooking the Bay of Garoupe, comprising a very large bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room, and a private terrace with sofas. There is no kitchen, but a barbecue and everything you need to eat while enjoying the sea view. You can have breakfast while admiring the yachts moored at the foot of the house. Large private swimming pool. The sea is right in front of the house. We lend bicycles and paddleboards.
