We are located mid way between Christchurch & Dunedin in the quiet little semi rural township of St Andrews. It is a 15 minute drive south of Timaru and 20 minutes north of Waimate. Central to South Island action incl. snow and water skiing, tramping tracks, Maori Stone Art, beach surf fishing , swimming at Caroline Bay, rivers & lakes. 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues & a range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is 2.5kms up the road.

Entrance to the A2O Cycle Trail is approx 300m away. Free Wifi. Easy drive to Mt Cook.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Welcome to our little house in Kurow, situated right on the Alps to Ocean Cycle track. It is north facing so catches the morning sun really nicely, we have set it up to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a private courtyard area to relax in at any time of the day, also a lovely big back yard which is fully fenced and great for the kids to play while you have a relaxing time. There is also a covered area just off the kitchen , great in all weather.

Lakes Benmore and Aviemore for those who love sailing, boating and fishing. Golf corse , Bike park and a winery minutes away.

A cute cosy cottage on a 20 acre lifestyle block, 6km from the edge of Timaru. The cottage is located 50m from our home. There is a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The cottage is fully self contained with a bedroom, seperate sitting room with sofa and open kitchen dining, TV space. There is a playground and tennis court 100m up the road. You are welcome to join in with any farm chores when we are home.

We have sheep, and chickens in the orchard, so may hear rural chatter along with bird song. We have two small friendly dogs. Included in the booking is a substantial continental breakfast to send you on your way exploring the spectacular Waitaki area.

Refurbished from top to bottom, the house is in great shape and has everything you could need for a quick stop or a relaxing break. New kitchen, bathroom, furniture, carpets, appliances, heat pump and double glazed windows. Sparkling clean, fresh linen and good WiFi - all you need to do is relax.
