My studio is ground floor, beachfront, just 100 metres to famous Bar Beach and its fabulous sea breezes. It is within easy walking distance via Bathers Way to Merewether Beach or via the magnificent Anzac Walk to Newcastle Beach or the harbour. Great cafes in all directions. Caves Beach House is located opposite the grass reserve that fronts Caves Beach. The house has uninterrupted ocean views and is only 300 metre walking distance to the beach.
