A quiet lake front cottage close to many Vermont attractions. Located next to Lake Hortonia Dam the sound of falling water will provide a relaxing backdrop to your getaway. You can prepare your own meals or dine out at several excellent restaurants. Great place for Kayaking and Leaf Peeping. Now have trash service for renters. Depending on the weather the road leading up to my road requires four wheel drive. When it is plowed it is passable but requires care. It is a dirt road up a hill.

Our home is great for couples, large families (with Kids), solo adventurers, and big groups.

Chalet is located at south end of lake Beebe with late afternoon sun and great sunset views. Access to several boats such as canoe, rowboat, kayak; life vests. Check availability after Oct 1st. Most essentials are supplied including sheets, pillows, bath and beach towels. IMPORTANT NOTE: Heating system is under repair and will not be working this summer. This will not affect your hot water or other utilities. This should not be an issue due to the warm season.

We (the owners) live in a separate apartment downstairs, w/ separate access. Enjoy sunsets from our private beach, swim or paddle, walk to the town beach for tennis or pickleball, ride the Bike Path, explore local trails, or head to the hills. Slackers just hang out. One-week minimum stay.
