Breath taking westerly Adirondack views offer dramatic sunsets and lake views of Button Bay. The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Retreat to Lake Iroquois for your next Vermont escape. LakeTime is ideally located between Burlington (20 min) and the Green Mountains and offers convenient access to the airport, Burlington, hiking, mountain biking, skiing (Bolton Valley, Stowe Mtn and Sugarbush are all within 1 hr), and breweries. This well-appointed home is directly on the lake. You can paddle board, kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish or have some s'mores or cornhole by the fire pit. All outdoor toys are available to you.

This lakefront home on Lake Iroquois is close to Burlington, 4 Ski Areas, Lake Champlain, and the airport. You’ll love our home because it is spacious, full of light, and has amazing views. It's an executive home with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, comfy beds, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits at the end of a quiet dead end street on this spring fed mountain lake. Our home is great for couples, large families (with Kids), solo adventurers, and big groups.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.

Welcome to Overlake on Malletts Bay! The Cottage is an adorable, rustic, clean and quaint, one bedroom, one bath lodging with beach access. It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
